Is the data genuinely unlimited?

There is no monthly data cap. Use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and any network traffic management needed to maintain service quality across all customers. Ordinary personal mobile use is fully supported — streaming, video calls, music, social, and tethering a laptop or tablet from your phone.

Does it renew, and how do I stop or change it?

Yes. This plan renews automatically every 30 days at £14.99 until you cancel, pause, or change your plan. Message us before the renewal date — and you won’t be charged once you’ve cancelled.

Can I change to a bigger or smaller plan later?

Yes. Message us any month to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. The change takes effect from your next renewal, and your number stays the same.

Can I pause my plan if I’m away?

Yes. Pause free for up to 5 months — your number kept, auto-resumed on the date you choose. While paused you still receive standard SMS in supported destinations, and incoming calls in the UK. Message us to set it up.

Does this include data abroad?

No. Roaming isn’t baked into your plan, so you’re not paying every month for a trip you might not take. Add a travel bolt-on for the trip, and only for the trip. EU roaming add-ons cover the 29 European destinations; for other countries, our sister site EPICeSIM covers 190+.

How does this compare to other UK unlimited plans?

How is it delivered — eSIM or physical SIM?

This plan is delivered as an eSIM. Activation is typically completed in a few minutes via QR code (timing depends on your handset), free, and works on any iPhone XS or newer and recent Samsung Galaxy and Pixel models. Which network does this run on?

Vodafone UK. Vodafone UK and Three UK merged in 2025 to form VodafoneThree, which has announced significant network investment over the coming years.

Can I use this eSIM in a 5G router as home broadband?

No. Plans are licensed for use in a phone — one device, one customer. Use in dedicated routers, MiFi devices, or as a primary home broadband substitute is not permitted under our Acceptable Use Policy. Mobile hotspot from your phone (tethering a laptop or tablet) is fully supported and included.

Can I keep my existing UK number?

Yes. Submit a PAC code from your current provider during sign-up and your number will port within one working day.

What’s Hadeda Caller, and how is it different from WhatsApp?
