Before you start — is your phone ready?
You’ll need three things:
- An eSIM-capable phone. That’s iPhone XS / XR or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, and Google Pixel 3 or newer, plus many recent models. Not sure? Dial *#06# on your phone — if a long EID number appears, you have eSIM. (Full device list is in our FAQ.) No eSIM? A physical SIM option is coming from June.
- An unlocked phone — not tied to another network. If you bought it on contract, ask your current provider to unlock it (usually free).
- Wi-Fi or a data connection to download the eSIM profile.

Head to our Plans page and pick the data allowance that suits you. Every plan includes unlimited UK calls and texts — you’re only choosing how much data you want.

All prices include VAT and renew every 30 days. No contract — cancel any time, no exit fees. Tip: Unlimited is only £1 more than 50GB.
Your price is locked. The price you join at stays fixed for as long as you stay with us. We only ever change it if our wholesale costs rise — and then we’ll give you 30 days’ notice and the right to leave.
Prefer a physical SIM?
Hadeda is eSIM-first because it’s instant — but we know a physical SIM suits some people better, whether that’s for an older phone, a relative who’d rather not scan a QR code, or simply peace of mind. Physical SIMs are coming from June. Until then, every plan is delivered as an eSIM.

Checkout and pay
Add your plan to the basket and complete checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your plan then renews automatically every 30 days, and you can cancel any time from your account.

Get your eSIM by email
Within minutes of your order, we’ll email you everything you need to get connected:
- A QR code to scan with another device’s camera
- One-tap install links for iPhone and Android — tap to install straight from the email
- A manual activation code (the SM-DP+ address and code), if you’d rather type it in
- Your new UK mobile number, sent in a follow-up email once it’s assigned

Install your eSIM
Pick whichever method is easiest for you.
Option A — Tap the install link (easiest, if you’re reading the email on the phone itself)
- Open the welcome email on the phone you want to use.
- Tap “Install on iPhone” or “Install on Android”.
- Your phone opens eSIM setup automatically — follow the on-screen prompts and tap Continue.
Option B — Scan the QR code (if the email is open on another screen, e.g. a laptop)
- Open the Camera app on your phone.
- Point it at the QR code in the email.
- Tap the “Cellular Plan Detected” (iPhone) or “Add eSIM” (Android) notification that appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finish.
iPhone tip (iOS 17.4 and later): if the QR code is in your email, press and hold it, then tap Add eSIM — no second device needed.
Option C — Enter the code manually
- iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually.
Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM > Enter activation code. - Type or paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your email exactly as shown (they’re case-sensitive — leave the confirmation code blank unless asked).
- Tap Next and wait a few seconds for the profile to download.

Set Hadeda as your default line
Your phone now has two lines — your old SIM and your new Hadeda eSIM. Set Hadeda as the default so calls, texts and data go through it:
- iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > tap your Hadeda line > set as default for Voice, Data and iMessage.
- Samsung / Android: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > set Hadeda as preferred for Calls, Text messages and Mobile Data.

That’s it — you’re live on the Vodafone UK network. Start making calls, sending texts, and using your data. Welcome to Hadeda Mobile.

Want to keep your existing UK number?
You can bring your current UK mobile number across to Hadeda — it’s free and usually takes one working day.
- From your old phone, text PAC to 65075.
- You’ll get a porting code (PAC) back within a minute, valid for 30 days.
- Log in to your Hadeda account and go to Port My Number.
- Enter your PAC — we’ll schedule the transfer, usually for the next working day.
Your old service cancels automatically once the number moves across, so there’s nothing else to do.
Don’t want to keep your old number?
If you’d rather start fresh and just close your old contract, text STAC to 75075 from your old phone. To check what you owe before switching, text INFO to 85075.
