This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of your agreement with us and should be read alongside our Customer Terms & Conditions. It keeps the network fair, safe and reliable for everyone.
These rules apply to every customer and to anyone using a Hadeda SIM or eSIM. Our services are for personal use.

2.4 Fair use on “Unlimited” plans
Our Unlimited plans give you genuinely unlimited UK data with no hidden cap during normal personal use. “Personal use” means use by you on up to 4 devices. It does not include running servers, replacing your primary household broadband, commercial resale, or regularly tethering more than 4 devices at once. We’ll normally contact you before taking any action.
2.5 Roaming
Hadeda plans are for use in the UK and do not include roaming abroad. If you need data while travelling, our sister company EPICeSIM offers travel eSIMs for use overseas.
2.6 Premium-rate and special-rate numbers
Calls to premium-rate and special-rate numbers (including the 118, 084, 0871, 0872, 0873 and 09 ranges) are currently barred on Hadeda plans.
We may disconnect a SIM and reclaim its number if it has not been activated within 24 months, or has had no activity for 9 consecutive months. We’ll try to contact you first.
