Use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and any network traffic management needed to maintain service quality across all customers. Ordinary personal mobile use is fully supported — streaming, video calls, music, social, and tethering a laptop or tablet from your phone.

Which network does Hadeda Mobile use?: Hadeda runs on Vodafone UK. Vodafone UK and Three UK merged in May 2025 to form VodafoneThree, which has announced £11 billion of network investment over 10 years.
eSIM or physical SIM?: eSIM activation is typically completed in a few minutes via QR code (timing depends on your handset), free, and works on any iPhone XS or newer and recent Samsung Galaxy and Pixel models. A physical nano-SIM is posted to your UK address and works on any phone with a SIM slot.
Can I use my Unlimited eSIM in a 5G router as a home broadband replacement?: No. Hadeda Mobile plans (including Unlimited) are licensed for use in a phone — one device, one customer. Use in dedicated routers, MiFi devices, or as a primary home broadband substitute is not permitted under our Acceptable Use Policy. Mobile hotspot from your phone (tethering a laptop or tablet) is fully supported and included.
What’s Hadeda Caller, and how is it different from WhatsApp?: Hadeda Caller is a calling app that can dial any South African phone number — mobiles, landlines, business lines, banks, hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants. The person you call sees a South African caller ID, so it looks like a local call. Apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Signal can usually only call other users of the same app — Hadeda Caller reaches the number you actually need. Subscriber rates start from 4.2p/min to SA mobiles. Can I watch live Springbok rugby or Proteas cricket on this plan?: Data-wise, there are no monthly caps that would stop you streaming a full match. Access to the live stream itself depends on the streaming service you use (SuperSport, DStv Stream, ITV, TNT Sports etc.) and is a separate subscription. Hadeda gives you the UK data; you pick how you watch.
Does it auto-renew?: Yes, every 30 days at £14.99. Cancel any time from your dashboard before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
Can I keep my existing UK number?: Yes. Submit a PAC code from your current provider during sign-up and your number will port to Hadeda Mobile within one working day.
