Calls to South African numbers cost 4.2p per minute, billed per whole minute: a call of 3 minutes 10 seconds counts as 4 minutes. There are no connection fees, monthly fees or automatic charges.
Your credit stays available for 365 days from the last time you make a call or top up. Each call or top-up restarts the clock, and we’ll email you 30 days and 7 days before it’s due to expire.
You can cancel a top-up within 14 days of buying it and get back whatever you haven’t spent on calls, refunded to your original payment method. Once you’ve used all of that credit, your right to cancel that purchase ends.
