This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What Data We Collect
- Identity: name, date of birth.
- Contact: email, phone, billing address.
- Payment: card details via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
- Account: username, hashed password, preferences.
- Service: ICCID, MSISDN, activation status, plan.
- Usage: consumption, aggregated call/text volumes, bundle alerts.
- Network: cell connections and approximate location for routing (not tracking).
- Communications: support emails and complaints.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device, cookies.
- Marketing: your consent preferences.
We do not monitor the content of your calls, messages or browsing.
3. How We Use It (and Our Lawful Bases)
- Delivering your service, billing, and provisioning your eSIM/number — performance of our contract.
- Service notifications — contract.
- Fraud prevention and network security — legitimate interest.
- Number porting — contract and legal obligation (Ofcom General Condition C7).
- Handling enquiries and complaints — contract and legitimate interest.
- Legal and regulatory compliance (Ofcom, law enforcement, HMRC) — legal obligation.
- Improving our service and website — legitimate interest, using aggregated/anonymised data.
- Marketing — consent, opt-in only.
4. Who We Share It With
- ESG UK MVNA Ltd / Vodafone UK (separate controller for network data);
- Stripe (payment processor);
- eSIM Go (processor — provisioning, bundles, usage);
- our email provider (processor);
- Rocket.net (hosting processor); and
- law enforcement and regulators where required by law.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. International Transfers
Stripe processes some data in the US under UK Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Extension to the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. eSIM Go may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards in place.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Account and identity: for the life of your account + 6 years (contract/tax).
- Payment and billing: 6 years (HMRC).
- Service data: life of your account + 12 months.
- Usage (aggregated) and call detail records: 12 months.
- Communications: 3 years from resolution.
- Marketing consent: until withdrawn + 12 months.
- Website analytics (anonymised): 26 months.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (subject to our retention obligations), restriction, portability, and objection, as well as rights regarding automated decision-making (we make no solely-automated decisions about you).
To exercise any of these, email hello@hadedamobile.co.uk with the subject “Data Subject Request”. We’ll respond within one month.

Our service is not directed at under-18s, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
